Applicability of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the rbazi platform and all services provided under it. By accessing the rbazi website, creating an account, participating in any game, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the rbazi platform. If needed, contact our support team.

Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the interpretation provided by rbazi shall be considered final. The words "we", "rbazi", "platform" refer to the same entity. The words "you", "user", "player" refer to the registered member.

Registration Eligibility

To open an account on rbazi and use its services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• You must be a lawful resident of Bangladesh.
• You must hold a valid and active national identity card or passport.
• Only one account may be registered in your name.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• You must be of sound mind and must not be suffering from a gambling addiction.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

rbazi reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) on any account. If the required documents for verification are not submitted in time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A person may operate only one rbazi account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances will be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus benefits will be treated as fraud.

Deposit Terms

Transactions on the rbazi platform can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Use the correct account number when making a deposit.
• Deposits through third parties are prohibited — deposits must be made only through a method registered in your own name.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed, contact support with your receipt.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is pending.
• rbazi reserves the right to verify withdrawals if unusual activity is suspected.

Bank Transfer

For transactions via bank transfer, accounts with Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank may be used. Processing times for bank transfers may depend on the banking system.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.
• Bonus turnover requirement: 25x (initial deposit + bonus).
• If a withdrawal is made before the turnover requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After claiming the bonus, the turnover must be completed within the specified time.

VIP Cashback Program

The rbazi VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Tier upgrades are based on regular gameplay and activity. Details of VIP tier benefits are subject to change.

Other Promotions

rbazi offers various lucky offers, cashback deals, and tournament promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which will be stated on the promotions page. rbazi's decision is final in all promotional activities.

Fair Play Guarantee

All games offered on the rbazi platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and impartial. All our game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and JILI, are regularly audited by independent auditing bodies.

Technical Issues

If an internet disconnection or technical error occurs during a game, the information recorded in the rbazi system will be considered final. Game outcomes will be determined according to server-side logs. Contact support for any claims.

Bet Cancellation Policy

A bet once placed is generally not cancellable. However, in proven cases of technical error, rbazi reserves the right to adjust a bet at its own discretion. If a match is cancelled in cricket or other sports betting, bets on that market will be refunded.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account cancellation:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using an account for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Conducting cyber attacks against the platform or other users.

Communication Conduct

You must behave politely and respectfully toward the rbazi support team via live chat or any other communication channel. Using abusive language, making threats, or engaging in harassment will result in account restriction.

Data Collection and Use

rbazi collects personal information necessary for registration and identity verification. This information is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties without your consent.

Service Availability

rbazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. Advance notice will be given where possible. No claims will be accepted due to temporary outages.

Account Closure by rbazi

rbazi may close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• If any part of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support. Before the account is closed, all active bonuses will be cancelled and the available balance will be withdrawable, subject to conditions being met.

How to Submit a Complaint

Resolution Timeframe

rbazi will generally provide an initial response to a complaint within 72 hours. Complex matters may take longer to resolve. rbazi's decision shall be considered final in the settlement of all disputes.

Right to Make Changes

rbazi reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Efforts will be made to notify users in advance of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered consent to accept the new terms.
